For the price this is a great starter Bass Guitar. The seller is great. We recieved a broken Amp and I notified the seller. They sent us a new one very quickly and with no trouble at all. We are very happy!

Sad to say, I ordered this for my son and he wasn't able to start his lessons right away so he did not get a chance to use it often. Now that I have found other instructor and when he went to use the bass guitar it doesn't work at all. I had to purchase another electric bass guitar from Guitar Center. I wish I had him use it everyday just to use it, now its too late for me to return this useless, waste of money, will never purchase anything as important from this company again. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. The only thing that works is the amp.
