Pretty much sums it up. Austin B didn't really seam to care took a long time to get a rma and credit. Was supposed to be for my daughters B-day. What a joke.The quality of the one i did get was horrible.

To be fair, I don't know much about the world of basses. This is my first one, but I am extremely pleased with it. It played great almost right out of the box (just a little tuning). Package came with everything needed (including several picks which weren't mentioned, but are just as good as store bought). The amp is pretty loud for my apartment which I'm pretty impressed for such a little thing. Has good tone from what I can tell, the color looks nice. Seems sturdy enough.
For us lefty's there really aren't many options when it comes to a starter bass. Especially if you want the whole package. This was the cheapest I had seen it, and plays just as good as other starters I've compared it to. HIGHLY recommend. It's a blast to play.

This is my first bass, and it's alright. the one thing that i really don't like is that the sides of the frets stick out a little and rough up my hand, so much that i need to pedegg/buff/lotion them. it's really bothersome
